One of the biggest challenges was building trust in a crowded market while staying true to my vision of clean, effective skincare. I had to learn everything from supply chain logistics to digital marketing while staying deeply involved in product development. Those challenges taught me resilience, and they fueled my desire to create a brand that speaks directly to the needs of real people. Every obstacle has sharpened my focus and solidified Le’Noir’s mission to deliver luxury skincare with integrity and heart.
