ANOTHER NEW TALENT FROM CENTRAL ASIA!
Fayzulla Nishonov is one of Uzbekistan’s most celebrated culinarians, a true master of his craft whose talent is renowned across Central Asia. As a Master Chef and Culinary Ambassador of Uzbek Cuisine, his contributions have elevated the profile of Uzbek culinary arts on the international stage. Fayzulla is also a member of the American Culinary Federation, the Canada Culinary Association, and an honorary member of the International Center of Uzbek Culinary Art. Fayzulla Nishonov introduced the intricate art of fruit and vegetable carving not only to Uzbekistan but to the entire Central Asian region. He was the first to present fruit served with a hot chocolate fountain in Uzbekistan, setting a new standard in event decoration. His large-scale fruit carving installations became iconic centerpieces at weddings, birthdays, and especially at high-profile government events.

Year after year, Fayzulla continued to innovate his art, tailoring each culinary masterpiece to the theme of the event. During prestigious government events, such as presidential visits or assemblies, he creatively combined fruit carvings with traditional Uzbek tandoor bread, transforming main halls into unforgettable visual experiences. Guests and dignitaries were consistently captivated by his breathtaking displays. At wedding celebrations, he elevated the tradition even further by presenting fruit carvings depicting symbols of marriage or even portraits of the bride and groom, elegantly displayed beside multi-tiered chocolate fountains.

His business, Chef Catering, gained widespread fame among individuals and major corporations alike for its innovative decoration techniques and delicious selection of both national and international cuisine. Fayzulla’s work became the centerpiece at major events for companies such as Uzcard, Beeline, UFA (Uzbekistan Football Association), UMS, and many others.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS
In pursuit of greater knowledge and to share Uzbek culture internationally, Fayzulla traveled to South Korea in 2018. There, he introduced the richness of Uzbek cuisine to Korean audiences, while expanding his expertise in the traditional fruit carving arts — an art form with deep roots in countries like Korea, China, and Thailand. After his successful Korea tour, Fayzulla returned to Uzbekistan, where his fame and prestige grew even further. Throughout his illustrious career, Fayzulla Nishonov has earned numerous awards and accolades, including:
